1. Breeding and Availability

• We are a responsible Pomeranian breeder and prioritize the health and well-being of our dogs.

• Each female dog will have a maximum of one litter per year.

• Puppies are only available as per our breeding schedule, and availability may vary.

 

2. Purchasing Process

• Interested buyers must speak with us directly before purchasing a puppy.

• We do not allow online purchasing or automated transactions.

• All potential buyers must meet us in person before any sale is finalized.

• We reserve the right to refuse the sale of a puppy at our discretion if we believe the home is not a suitable fit.

 

3. Payment Policy

• Payment is accepted through cash, PayPal, Zelle, and checks after an in-person meeting.

• We do not accept credit cards.

• A deposit may be required to hold a puppy, which is non-refundable unless we determine otherwise.

 

4. No Warranties or Guarantees

• Our puppies are living beings, not products; therefore, we do not offer warranties.

• While we take all necessary steps to ensure the health and well-being of our puppies, we cannot guarantee against future health issues or development concerns.

• New owners assume full responsibility for the puppy's health and care after adoption.

• If a puppy is no longer wanted or cannot be cared for, please return the puppy to us.

 

5. Changes to Terms and Conditions

• We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any updates will be posted on our website, and continued engagement with our business signifies acceptance of these terms.
